Jamo is as much of a star as any of the last American Idol contestants. He aint.
We were waiting and heran that end around on the bears, that was the play to seal Ben Johnson staying in Detroit. This is why Rodgers went to the jets. He saw what Garrett Wilson is and can become, jamo has the same qualities. This 2022 class of wrs is special.

Jamo has an elite skillset that puts him above everyone except maybe tyreek hill. He is uncoverable and nearly impossible to tackle him in the open field. Just looks like everyone else is standing still.
I was ready to condemn Jameson Williams for making a bone headed move and gambling and costing himself a suspension… but it turns out, "team facilities" was a hotel that the team happened to be staying at, and "gambling" was not betting on the NFL. If I understand the rule correctly, Jameson Williams could've walked out of the hotel, across the street to a McDonalds, and made the same bet and not been suspended. WTF is the NFL doing? This is clearly a bogus rule designed to trick players. The possibility that a player would have NO IDEA that if a team happens to be staying at a hotel, that hotel MAGICALLY transforms into a "team facility?" WOW! He'd be back on the field faster if he hit his girlfriend.

We really need to let Jamo do something on the field before we anoint him a star
The key for the Lions in my mind is going to be the combination of Williams, Gibbs, LaPorta, St. Brown and Montgomery. A multi headed offense. Williams and St. Brown out wide with Gibbs in the slot and LaPorta at tight end and Montgomery as the running back.
And, they are set up to set Jamo up. The offense has credible passing threats on every level, if LaPorta is what they say he is, and a legit run game. Defenses cannot key coverage on Jamo. I wished it was from game one, but, oh well, you know. I loved Stafford and Calvin, but this Lion offense has much more championship potential. Gobs more!

One thing for sure Jamo is Way Faster Than Jerry Rice I’ve been a tad bit hard on Jamo this year. He is basically a rookie. Kind of. He will be great.
The only thing that worries me is he looks kind of thin I hope he don’t get beat up out there. Who knows he could be the next you got mossed guy. 😃
Jamo a star in the making? You are basing this off the underwear Olympics of OTA's? Because in 6 real NFL games last year he compiled a total stat line of 1 catch for 40 yards and a touchdown. 87 total all purpose yards. Not really the makings of a star!!! Plus after 6 games the lions offense will be humming and Jamo will throw a wrench into it because he will be out of sync with Goff and the offense because he can't even practice with the team.
