McCarthy do some research for once..15 of the 19 Hijackers from 9/11 were from Saudi, the 9/11 justice group were full on against Liv Golf and especially the US players who jumped ship. The lazy comment..I don't see what Saudi Arabia have to do with 9/11 is laughable..I also love how the other 3 lads never interjected..Christ these are journalists?
I think if you watch matches from 2000s, especially Tyrone and Armagh games, there were several amazing, long range, towering points kicked. Think modern systems definitely stifle this.

I totally disagree with Arthur. The aim of the GAA football structure will never be able to enable new teams winning and therefore any suggested changes should not be discounted just because we know the same teams will win. Its the lack of any jeopardy and too many meaningless games that is killing the championship and while it won't fix everything I agree with Joe and Mick, moving to just 2 teams getting out of the groups and each year having an odd group of death can only be an improvement.

Gap between worst and best player in a 15 is the narrowest it’s ever been. There are county teams where the 15 could competently play in any position. So high skill levels are a given and not an exception. Also, players are anchored to a system and their stats, fear of deviating from the plan.

Bale won 3 La Ligas and 5 CL's plus all the trimmings. Unlike Kane he made a brilliant decision to get out of Spurs before it was too late. He was the catalyst for Wales' Jack Charlton type era too. a simple solution for this in the football competition would be to scrap the round robin and introduce two legged ties in the round of 16, quarter finals and semi finals with a week or two in between the legs. introduce mid week games (if viable), friday night games, games on bank holiday Mondays also and have them all free to air on rte or virgin. each game has jeopardy unlike the boring round robin ties. play one game at home and the other away. Provincial champions go straight to quarters, provincial final losers go to round of 16 and play the qualifiers teams.

15 of the hijackers of 911 were Saudi is why that comes up–but in any case, maybe it's just shorthand, but it seems weird to rely on talking about that instead of more recent events that might give someone pause about associating with the Saudi Arabian ruling regime.
I can’t believe that all of you guys don’t think Saudis were involved in 911!!! 15 of the 19 hijackers were Saudi Nationals !!!
