Money, money, money. It's all about money and who can pocket the most. Sounds like they are looking after themselves and the players just happen to be there.

wow… rich people getting richer. We should all be grateful. Look what they're doing to make golf more than it is. There's really no reason for anyone to play golf anymore. The "Professionals" are here now and will 'grow the game' (make it more lucrative for professionals.) If there were really serious about 'growing the game", they would subsidize golf courses so real people could afford it. Otherwise it's just lining their own pockets at the fans expense.
If this happens, this ends my support of professional golf. Never again. I hope the players reject this wholeheartedly and tell them all to shove it.
