  1. my dad owned a set of pat fletcher clubs the last canadian to win the Canadian Open this one really means a world to me. Well done Nick Taylor.

  2. Ridiculous putt, what a way to destroy the trend of Canadians not winning their own Open for nearly 70 years 😂 Fleetwood must feel devastated though being the guy who let it happen 🤣

  3. … It's a very big golf moment up here and long overdue – Congrats Nick! I felt for him today for the weight of a country on his shoulders. Handled magnificently…

  4. The only way to win …
It's just amazing. 4 extra holes to decide the Nations Open Championship .
Only fitting to end it in OT .
Tommy Fleetwood deserves a better fate, the look the expression on his face said it all . Tommy Fleetwood great sportsmanship.
Nick Taylor just won the Stanley Cup of golf for Canada 🇨🇦

  5. Up to yesterday Taylor was just like any other Tour Player hopefuls… After today's legendary putt, Taylor suddenly became a Canadian Legend & will join the history books along with golf greats such as Woods, Nicklaus, Jones, Palmer, Faldo for holing a long putt (an Eagle, mind you 😱) that matters in a playoff to win a (national) major Championship 💪 👏… Congratulations Taylor 👍 Congratulations Canada 🏆… And also Congratulations Fleetwood for producing a high quality challenge right to the end & for being part of this historical Canadian moment 👏 🥈… What a precursor to next week's 123rd US Open 🤲 🥰

  6. Terrific finish. Must feel like Larry Mize at Augusta. National hero in this case makes for great theater. Great for the fans to have their guy prevail in stunning fashion.

  7. I was watching; I was SCREAMING (neighbor called to ask if I was OK . . . ). LOVE CANADA (USA NYC here.)

  8. Did y'all cover the American HV3 big win from a couple weeks ago? Why should I be excited about a Canadian winning their Open? Great putt, though.

  9. Just a reminder for the world Canada kicks ass might not have been the most prestigious tournament might not have been the most prestigious golf course but it’s the best goddamn country on the face of this planet bar none
