Let me go through and clarify the difference between the driver and the iron swings. This Drop 10 Shots series Rory’s secret move with the therapeutic band is for the driver swing only.
During the Winter series, I did a similar drill but included a slide with the trail hip. Should there be a slide here too or is that just for iron swing?
Note: In fact, I worked on my overall swing with my 7 iron during the winter series, so I fee like I should now change that series to a 7 iron series.
