For the third year running, DP World Tour members and leading players on the Ladies European Tour will come together in Sweden, this time at the Ullna Golf & Country Club. The event will feature a field of 78 men and 78 women playing in the same groups for one prize fund and one trophy, the only tournament of its kind on both the DP World Tour and PGA TOUR. Defending champion Linn Grant returns this week. She made history in emphatic fashion in front of her home fans last year, storming to a dominant nine-shot victory at the 2022 Volvo Car Scandinavian Mixed to become the first female winner of a DP World Tour event. Caroline Hedwell will fancy her chances this week. She led the field after the first round two years ago in the inaugural Scandinavian Mixed event and comes into the event after a top-five finish in the Helsingborg Open. Simon Forrstrorm will hope to build on his fairy tale 12 months which has already included victory at both DP World Tour Qualifying School and the Soudal Open. Marcus Kinhult also tees up this week hoping to build on a string of consistent results that include a tie for 21st in Korea, a tie for 22nd in Belgium and a tie for 29th at the KLM Open

  1. Impressive round of 61! More than 10 shots lead to the 3rd place, only Paul is still in competition but with respectful distance. Wr will serve how his nerves work at the weekend. I remember the still best round on european tour, a 12 under 60 opening round at the Dutch open in the 1990s played by the German Tobias Dier. In the 4th round he paired still leading with young Padraig Harrington and he had to fight till the 72nd hole to hold his lead… We will see what whitnell does at the weekend!

  2. The European Tour has become soo boring, from the players to the commentators.
    Massive snooze fest 😴 💤
