As long as the 4 majors stay independent, and there are avenues for players to play in these without playing on this monopolistic new tour, who cares?

The way I see it is that PIF are hedging their losses on the LIV tour to profit on the PGA&DP tours.
PIF had to put money into the other 2 tours to demonstrate they a fair crowd..🤔🤔… a bit of sucking up by throwing $$$$$ around. They probably paid the DP fines for the LIV players too, who by the way must earn their way back into the other 2 tours with no special treatment. Time will tell, I guess.

PGA Tour has 20 events/year….all big events
PGA tour has 120 members who play in most events
LIV runs the global events with team golf- maybe 12 events in different countries
Monahan replaced by a person with vision
DP Tour is the secondary tour
Monday nite simulator league
No fedex league
Monahan apologizes to Phil
Rory gets special prize every time he misses the cut
PIF should study what happened to cricket in the late 70s….after the split the sport came together and huge innovations were the result..its now the 2nd most watched sport in the world
Why are most of the US tour members clueless…they just don't get it….they will all get much richer
