I played at the Vale Resort golf club about a week ago, which is just outside of Cardiff.
I’m stood on the 18th tee and Gareth Bale has driven up the road alongside, he’s stopped the car to allow me to take my tee shot.
I’ve absolutely nailed one (for my standards), straight and true down the middle, absolute Fairway splitter, creamed it.
I’ve spun around beaming from ear to ear knowing Bale is there… only to see him head down, texting away on his phone 😂😩.
Bogeyed the short par 4 as well just to add insult to injury

Theres an amazing bandaid for blisters. You literally dont feel it anymore and it stays on for 3 days but good to go immediately.
