Golf Croquet Crush Shot Faults -Simple Explanation.



Creating awareness for Club players of the basics of Golf Croquet.
I show what a crush shot is, what the penalty is and why you should call for the shot to be watched.
Referees may call this fault a number of ways “Prolonged Contact” is often used in Queensland.

A crush is a fault under the Rules of Croquet
The Remedy for this fault is:

No Hoop is scored as a result of the shot.

The opposing player or side chooses either:

(a) to return the balls to their positions prior to the fault stroke

or

(b) leave the balls where they finished as a result of the fault

and also

The opposing side continues play with the next ball in sequence
