GOLF IS A HANDS GAME

Golf is a hands game first. Without an understanding of how the hands should move you will never be a good golfer. Most amateurs find a way of getting it done but are unaware that they have educated their hands to work incorrectly and therefore will always fight a slice or not compress the ball and not hit the ball very far. Train your hands before anything else.
If you want to stop slicing and want to hit the go,f ball further and increase your swing speed and all that good stuff you must TRAIN YOUR HANDS!
To help you check out the IMPACT SNAP training aid.

  1. Your are right on about the hands. Henry Cotton taught that. For me I cup the lead hand on the
backswing and then I rotate my lead thumb down and the lead wrist squares and turns over.
I've been doing this since I was 7 so that is 68 yeas playing about 300 times a year so it is
    automatic for me. Excellent video.
