After the 2021 season, we should have hired Phil Parker away from Iowa. He's a FAR FAR FAR better D-Coordinator than Knowles, and a native Ohioan. Personally, I don't believe in Knowles whatsoever, but I really hope he proves me wrong in 2023 (though I doubt it).
