Share this video with someone you know who is dealing with Tennis Elbow or Golfer’s Elbow! If you have one or both of these, then save this video.

In general, tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow are repetitive motion injuries caused by doing the same thing over and over. Whether you get a tennis elbow or golfer’s elbow depends on which side of the arm is used or strained more. Tennis elbow or Lateral Epicondylitis occurs on the outside of the elbow while Golfer’s elbow or Medial Epicondylitis occurs on the inside of the elbow. Both of these can be caused by more than just playing tennis or golf. Repetitive computer and tool use can lead to one of these issues as well as awkward lifting techniques.⁣

A simple change like that can make all the difference. ⁣
