  1. It's kinda sad that so many automatically assume Jake is on juice. He's not really that big, just very shredded. Anyone can burn fat, and get crazy abs if they put the work in.

  2. Gyllenhaal is a fine actor and I respect his obvious dedication to trying to portray this character, but I feel like there is literally 100 other people that would have been better suited for this role. There is nothing about that face that says fighter.

  3. It's like watching two guys who couldnt fight their way out of a wet paper bag, try to convince people they are champions lmao. I really think Jake is the equivalent of cm punk, and jet jizzway is Mike Jackson. This really gave of that kind of energy.

  4. Jake Gyllenhaal…for Roadhouse??
    Seriously??
Patrick Swayze was Incredible in that role!

I can't envision him as an action hero!!
Why not Brad Pitt or Jason Momoa??
Gyllenhaal is a " theater geek"
( he's a good actor, but idk if he can pull this off!)

  5. Trashy representation of martial arts – hate and disrespect – as if fighters are animals with no honor, just thugs that are too stupid to do anything but be violent. The opening cage scene – disregarding the ref and thrashing his opponent like a rabid animal. UFC should have told Gyllenhaal and Hollywierd to get lost….but then UFC also capitalizes on this kind of trash culture. When will someone make a legit movie about the true warrior spirit of genuine champions – based on discipline, respect, honor and living right.

  6. Hollywood with its pretending. I would be embarrassed if I had to do this in front real fights and real fans

  7. I'm not going to go see this movie. Leave the classics alone, come up with some new ideas. No one did it better than Patrick Swayze.
