I got to see the PPV night one. The production team did a very good job. The filming and sound were very solid. The wrestling was quite entertaining. I can't say I was happy with all the results, but if you "feel something" it means that NWA did something right.
I'm kinda disappointed that the Heatseekers didn't advance. They were good NWA tag team champions before Corgan bought the NWA.

What a pre-show
Looks like at 11:28 there were a lot of empty seats behind the announcers with ONE guy sitting to the left. Billy G must have told the production crew to turn off the lights behind the announcers at 11:40 bc you see the background of empty seats are dark. The current NWA is where the old NWA was in the early 80's when Greensboro territory was only drawing less than 1000 people a show. Then came the four horsemen, Dusty, Magnum and a host of great talent and quickly the territories started selling out every where. Current NWA talent doesn't have that pull and charisma.
That venue is too quiet and the ring sounds like tin. who built that ring?

Based on Billy's "im going to book it not the fans" im unsubing and done with NWA….Comments are filled with "she so hot" other then this is great wreslting.
It is a shame that Bradley (of The Fixers) blew out his knee in their match against The Brothers Of Funstruction. It was supposed to be a squash match to fill in time on the pre show, but they had to change the match result on the fly because The Fixers could not continue in the tournament.
The Savages: their matches are somewhat predictable. Just not sure what the hype is. The Outrunners, welcome to 1985, what a look. Clowns Rule? Favorite match so far.
When will Velvet return?
I'm happy with the winners so far, next stage is more awesome, and so excited about it. Late HBD wishes to Velvet Sky. I want Black Scion vs Original Scion match 🙂 I think the Octagon Jr team will defeat Savages and a team of 4 win over pretty empowered 🙂 Mike and Tyrus both team won, the best thing for me is EC3 win )))) and Mecha wolf wins 🙂 Mecha wolf vs Country Gentlemen is my dream match
