This was such an enjoyable day helping Bal with his golf game. Bal won the ‘Gain a Club’ competition that i ran along side TaylorMade which saw him come to the Forest of Arden for a golf with and then a full iron fitting into the Stealth range of clubs.
Bal already had a great golf swing and was clearly very naturally talented but he was having some issues and inconsistencies down at impact, specifically with his attack angle into the golf ball.
We made some relatively small changes which gave Bal more distance but also saw him hit shots more consistently, it was then over to George to get to fitting into his new clubs
You will be amazed at the end result and how much better Bal was hitting the golf ball after his lesson and fitting.

That was great! You seem to be such a great instructor!
Well done Chris al give that a try 👏 👍 😊
Well played 👍
First thirty seconds and I'm already excited! Woohoo
Chris, I have a similar issue with sliding. Would you suggest continuing to grip the ground with your trail big toe in the downswing as well as the backswing?
Golfing YouTubers are an odd bunch. I don't watch many of their videos, but I do notice from their thumbnails that they're very easily shocked.
Great stuff that.
I can clearly see his intention is incorrect. What he believes he needs to do in order to make the ball do what he wants is simply incorrect. If he's lucky and with years of de-facto instruction he may improve. What he really needs to do is learn how a golf club works and how to use it properly. The golf club is like no other tool or implement. It's not a bat, it's not a racket and it's not a hockey stick. It's completely unique and without truly understanding how it actually works success is nearly impossible. All of this happens because of preconceptions and misunderstands of adults. Children usually don't have those preconceptions and can let the club teach them how it works in about 15 minutes. This guy is trying to make the golf club do what he believes it should do instead of letting it do what it was engineered to do. There's a reason the golf club's basic design hasn't changed in 400 years … it works. The golf club is a marvel of engineering and it's completely invisible to the average adult.
What a day for the guy a lesson from the best coach on YouTube then a fitting for new irons Christmas comes early well done Chris 👏👏
