As a Packer fan the only way we give up Aaron regardless of how much salary he has is to get the jets 1st rd pick. The Jets need him more then we do and if the Jets say no then they can look elsewhere!! And good luck with that! Aaron Rodgers is much too intelligent to play for the Jets. The Jets are the Dumpster Fire of the NFL. Every year they are tragic and this year will be no different. They have swung and missed more times with quarterbacks back than can be counted. Aaron will be able to get them in the playoffs at best. Nothing short of winning the Super Bowl and those fans will turn on him and hate him. They have no moral code. Aaron walks on water in Green Bay. Green Bay has a much better chance with winning now. Maybe he plays for another team. Not the Jets.

If he stays in GB, they would easily be NFC North champs and the path to the Superbowl is less tough. NFC is the weaker conference compared to the AFC and that should suit Rodgers nicely for a veteran QB.
