Unsure as to what was preventing him from compressing a golf shot like he knew he could – Andrew made the visit to come see us over here at Bawtry.

Using the boxing pad, we were able to offer Andrew’s body the experience of what a more functional and optimal sequence would be for him to transfer to a golf swing.

  1. Marcus, Andrew Swing looks like his left leg was still in flexion ? Was that an area you have to still work with him ? Or doesn't Andrew's swing need the vertical ?
