Actually look inside your bag you’ll notice another bag in the top where shorter clubs go so they don’t drop all the way in then you out them how you want

What about 2 iron? It’s way longer than a 4 iron and looks weird when next to it

Went 14 way, didnt like my irons clanking around too much
Anything with a headcover goes to the bottom
I think the proper way is however the hell you want to set it up
I only carry 8 clubs so its far simpler for me but I do essentially the same thing

Nope. Doing it your way forces me to have to reach over my longest clubs when the bag is in the cart.
Well if you don’t have a putter cover put it up top so the driver and 3 wood covers protect it

I have zero time for headcovers. But I almost never buy clubs new, so resale is not a concern.

2-5 on the left slot. 6-9 on the right slot. Wedges and putter down low, driver in the top.
I have 5 sections, i have all my broomsticks on top, putter and wedges in top right and left, and then irons in the bottom 2.
