You need to explain how much of the weight shift is due to lateral movement and how much is due to hip and shoulder rotation.
So simple … yet so terribly difficult!
When you shift your weight and start to turn keep your head where you started, don't move your head.
No weight shift for average golfer. Too difficult to time it perfectly. Unless you spend 8 hrs on the range 5 days a week. Since nobody can, no weight shift, stable swing, low point control
