great – the Pies have gone from 'all duck no diner' to a sitting duck. this bloke is clueless
Walsh and Cripps are so overrated…their ball use is horrible
accountants are the stenographers of business.. retrospective geniuses.. but no clue in making things happen.. much like this nob
Collingwood aren't even full strength but still top
Old mate from champion data just plucks and cherry picks statistics to suit his narrative/agenda
This bloke just talks utter crap
No one has ‘found out’ cripps, he had a 10 week patch of a form that was a complete outlier, cripps now is what he’s been his entire career
So what you are saying buddy is that Collingwood can't improve at the business end of the season?
Injuries and suspensions will be crucial.
Egg sperts 🔥
WTF is with the volume!
Tom Sparrow as the best player on the ground in the Melbourne/Fremantle game is genuine LOL worthy. These blokes have no idea.
Kane was right about Rozee vs Walsh…
So its all about Melbourne percentage ??? Could it be that they have played North (win by 90pts) West Coast (win by 63 points) and Hawthorn (win by 54 points) that does a LOT for your precentage… Only played 2 teams in the top 8 – that does a lot for your percentage

My god nothing brings the pies fans out the woodwork like a minute amount of criticism.
Have a look at who you've played, who youve beaten, when you've beaten them and WHERE you've beaten them. The only impressive win you've had is round 2 at the MCG against Port Adelaide who are notoriously shit away from Adelaide.
Normally don’t mind Hoyne’e but I think he’s lost the plot a bit in a number of areas. Talking about Melb’s % to justify how they are going? Played the 3 bottom side all at their weakest! 237% against the bottom teams, 115% against the rest.
Brisbane have been full strength all year. Collingwood have been missing 5 _6 best 22 for most of the year. Factor that into your statistics. If the Lions lose a couple of key players let's see how they perform.
Wrong Hoyne 2018 West Coast was in the same position as the pies are now.
Sorry, but the rising star definitely goes to Jye Amiss. Late in the game, goes back with the fight, provides a contest against what looks a certain intercept mark, gets the ball to ground, rovers the loose ball, snaps arguably the winning goal against the Melbourne at the MCG. This goes with his other goals, tackles and goal assists throughout the game against Lever and May.
Pies had 4-5 best 22 players out all season and don’t play any of the bottom 5 teams twice (one of the hardest draws). They should be at full strength (or very close) in the next month, which gives them 5-6 games to gel before finals. It’s Collingwoods flag to lose at this point
“ sitting duck””.. that’s got absolutely nothing to do with the contenders. It’s total generic rubbish.
I think with hawthorn the brand is stark. Its an offensive game, similar to the eagles, and not as defensive as the hawks. They have the strong bodies to win, but not the experience or the brain to win atm. His system doesn't do him any favours cos they are low on the ladder. But if would rather lose a couple of games, and have the correct framework in place, than to do things that would look different to when you do hit the top of the ladder.
Audio spot on lads
So you’re saying that freo got lucky against Melbourne ?😂 good 1 champion
Port have played fair few top 8 sides , and had no fwd line for a few games . Doing very very well atm
Pies always lose in the finals doesn't matter where they finish
If injuries hit pies lions port dees near finals they all will be in trouble 😢
No eagles?
IF only collingwood could win the flag it aint going too happen🤣
Port have been missing 4-5 of their 6 first choice forward line most of the year.
Don't discount Richmond.
This bloke just refuses to give collingwood credit. Bloke sucks off numbers
Clown, there's not much between Collingwood in the rest, except we beat them.
Bombers top 4 smokey
so brisbane loosing to adelaide in adelaide is better than collingwood beating adelaide in adelaide? good to know. cherry picked stats can back up any narrative. truth is anything can happen injuries suspension coaches getting jobs. you need 16 wins to make top 4 pies have 10 from 11 starts can manage through back end and stay fresh.
So Melbourne are one win in front of Essendon with the dees having had the easiest draw thus far and the dons, the hardest.
Oh and when they met Essendon beat Melbourne.
Eagles were literally 10-1 133% after 11 rounds in 2018 the exact same w/l and % as Collingwood are at the moment. This bloke has 0 idea
who is this guy?
Also, another "10 second" factor, is how quickly or late the clock stops once a goal is kicked or at a bounce recall.. Precious seconds are wasted each time

Brisbane in Adelaide is an aberration, just like Collingwood in Brisbane. I am disappointed that on the return leg we play Brisbane at Marvel, which I believe Collingwood do not play well. For some reason, the AFL always places obsticles for Collingwood to overcome. The return leg should be at the MCG to really see how well they can handle Brisbane. I love the Pies and have seen them lose winnable grand finals. I firmly believe that this year's flag is Collingwood's to lose.
The last time Collingwood won a premiership in September was in 1958. The two they won since were in October and I really would love to see a Flagpie in September and hope it is this year.
GO PIES.
What about how Port are going
What about a champion data rolling All Australian squad? Be interesting to hear what the best team is based on the numbers
No offence – this is footy not maths. Too many variables exist in winning a game. Your observations although worthy fluctuate week to week based on a teams subsequent performance. At best this data is just retrospective. If only u could perform a prospective analysis — which you can’t
I really don't understand the hype around Melbourne, Kings birthday will be a good test.
Collingwood have only played 2 games outside of Melbourne. They beat Adelaide by 1 point, and lost to Brisbane by 33. I won’t be convinced that they are that much better than everyone else until they can actually beat a big team away
look it's that flippin idiot kane the silly corn cob !!!
Cripps is a lousy leader and a lousy footballer.
