Or how about this idea… any golf course can do this.
They charge you $1 extra for your round. You can choose to do it or not (like playing the bonus ball in the lottery for an extra dollar).
Put a game camera on every par 3. And have the pot become progressive. If you make a hole in one, you win the progressive pot for that course. And because of the cameras, there is definitive proof
