Does the foot wedge not count here Hannah? 🤣🤣
At my course, many of the posts are concreted in, and there is a local rule making all such posts immovable obstructions. My understanding is that, in the absence of a line showing the post outside, then the posts mark the edge of the hazard and are within them – so no relief. Harsh.
