  1. Good video. Knowing how to understand the numbers is the hardest part. Then your expertise of how to improve is where the it all comes together

  2. My intuition tells me that angle of attack should optimally be the same for all clubs. Is that true and does it include Driver? For players who don't have access to a launch monitor, is there a way to gain a sense for the angle of attack or are there too many confounding variables?

  3. That's great that you went with GSPRO….I love it and I am sure your customers will too…..let me know if you need any tips or tricks on it.

  4. Great video Mike. Thanks to your online private tuition I now have a good understanding of these three parameters!
I spend quite a bit of time on a Trackman simulator, as you know, and I have found it useful to focus on low point (LP) and swing direction (SD) in order to create the desired Club Path (CP) and AOA. With the right combination of those two I know that it will create the desired CP and AOA. This also makes it easier when on the range without a simulator because I can check my low point (centre of divot) and the SD is something I can now feel and is quite consistent having spent so much time on the simulator. With mid irons I aim for a low point of approx 3 to 4 inches in front of the ball and a SD of -2deg. This produces a neutral CP and an AOA of about 4 degrees. This obviously produces a straight shot (assuming a neutral face angle) and so the numbers alter slightly for a fade or draw.

  5. Totally superfluous comment after watching this a second time: Lauren, do you play wearing flip flops? It demonstrates very good balance.
