Bobrovsky for MVP for sure. Tkachuk isn't getting any of those game winners(the importance of these goals isn't lost on me) if Bob doesn't continue to shine and put the team in these positions to win.
I ran into the San Jose Barracudas at the airport and the then captain and now head coach John McCarthy was double bagging it and I was thinking make the rooks carry your 2nd bag.
pierre mcguire is the worst commentator of all time
I respect his knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for the game but he makes it about himself. He always cuts ppl off, talks over them and babbles on with knowledge/facts that take away from the viewership experience. Overall he is annoying and the broadcast experience is impossible to listen to and enjoy when he is covering the game. Not even a pair of Sheath underwear could save his broadcasting career

Fun Bobrovsky fact, he has been the goalie to oust in the first round the last two clubs that have tied or broken the record for regular season wins in the NHL. First he swept Tampa in 2019 while on Columbus, and now he took down Boston with Florida this year. Don’t want to face that guy in the first round if you are the Presidents Trophy winner. Haha!

Great show as usual Trav and Dave, absolutely love it. I don't have much skin in the game commenting on Hockey Night in Canada (I am from the states) but I can honestly say Don Cherry was a legend among American hockey fans. Cherry was definitely railroaded IMO, could have been handled much better.
Cherry's request in honoring Canadian's that served and paid the ultimate price just reinforces what Dave said about Cherry's patriotism. We all know that in itself is not what got himself in trouble for, but he pushed that sensitive issue of immigration and questioned the loyalties of these new Canadians. As an American I can say with certainty Americans will all be asking the same things given our border situation as we speak.
Should someone lose their livelihood for merely "questioning" whether or not new Canadians or new Americans truly appreciate the sacrifices paid by many for the very freedoms and opportunities they themselves are looking for? Absolutely NOT in my own opinion and Cherry fell victim to this nonsensical new woke culture out there and quite frankly it's scary. He merely asked if whether or not if these new citizens appreciated the sacrifice, and encouraged all Canadians to reflect.
Well on that note lol on this Memorial Weekend here in the states I am going to pause and reflect on all service people here in the states and brave Canadians who served and paid the ultimate sacrifice. Their sacrifice and protection is greatly appreciated. Trav and Dave by far are my favorite hockey show hosts, and covering all the minor league hockey topics is what makes it my favorite. Following Trav on his personal journey to be able to continue playing and get better and hopefully move upward through the Fed is something I definitely look forward to. Thank you Trav and Dave.

What a great way to start my Monday morning. Goalie bag with wheels – as I still play 5 times a week, and at my advanced age, one of my more recent purchases was a bag with wheels. Best decision, for 50 years I carried that thing, no more!! Also for Leah Hextall, it has to do with experience and honing her skills. Do play-by-play on the radio or TV with a minor league team or Junior teams to get experience, then work your way up to the NHL. The fans deserve it. They need people that have perfected and improved their craft. Awesome job boyz, another impressive show.
Bobrovsky save % is .002 better than Adin Hills. Just sayin…
