Every golf is trying to strike their irons & really compress the golf ball through impact! BUT if you DO not do this it’s Almost Impossible To Strike Your Irons Without Doing This First! Alex Elliott Shows you the 3 step process that if you follow you will go from catching the ground first hitting heavy & thing irons shots! Those thin irons shots that fly over the green and the fat iron shot that allways come up short are detrimental to you breaking 90, breaking 80 or even breaking 75! Fix those miss truck irons with this simple 3 step process because i know FACT It’s Almost Impossible To Strike Your Irons Without Doing This First!
All golfers no matter their age or ability, whether they are a low handicap golfer, mid handicap golfer, beginner golfer, senior golfer, professional golfer… they want to take ball then divot and strike your irons perfectly. Far too many golfers are far too narrow in the golf swing which means you aren’t getting the right contact with the golf ball. FACT It’s Almost Impossible To Strike Your Irons Without Doing This First! we all saw tiger woods tlaking about the divot in the video

This 3 step GUIDE is EASY to follow & easy to IMPLEMENT
Love this iron setup and attack approach, Alex.
Now I have a question regarding club striking with an injury. I recently injured my right ring finger (my trailing hand). A bit difficult to bend at my most outer knuckle to grip clubs.. due to scar tissue in the healing process. Any suggestions on gripping methods as I work through physical therapy? I currently use an overlap grip.. but have used 10-finger in the past as well. Thanks, Rob.
Perfect lesson at perfect time I’ve got the majority of my game working well . Starting hitting my irons on fairway yesterday like this and were perfect . Hoping this will work the same off the tee where I do struggle generally favouring a wood
Thats right.the angle of the club dictates the flight,it doesn't mean I hold it differently to the angle

Great tips, like always 👏🏻👏🏻
More coaches should teach this, instead of shifting weight to the trail foot and then loading the lead foot during the downswing. 60-40 until impact and then really finish weight forward .
Sounds very similar to another swing system! 🤔
Number one fundamental in golf, controlling contact (low point control)
Good tip Alex, but please, not left-right but lead-trail. Thank you 😊
I had all of them right except for #4…..heading to the range tomorrow to work on it.
If you could do a lesson on putting, that would be greaaaaat.
I’m striking my drives well and my irons are passable. But man, my short game is brutal.
I started last year on making my practice swing as "deep" as my strike. it made a difference.
Hey Alex. This is great but I have a big issue finding the bottom of my swing. It seems to change with every swing. HELP!
Hi Alex! Love your tips and cannot wait to try them. How about if there's lot of sand on the tee box, can I still use this tip cos my home town only has a 9 holes and they only put sands on each tee box. Thanks for any suggestions you can give!
Hi Alex can you please when talking say leading leg !? Than left leg as we as left handed follow you as well cheers
Can yo udo it to much? I have a dyn loft at 10-12 deg lower than static loft and AoA between -4.5-5.5
Thanks for this one Alex.
I started adding "shaft lean" into my set-up because when I play my irons they tend to go very high, and not very long. Something in my head clicked that I was playing under the ball, making it go high and that starting out with the club face less lofted will help… Somehow.
Mind you this is only hitting in the backyard with a homemade hitting net, I am yet to see this for myself on the range or the course.
Unfortunately, I still can't get a good consistent impact. I will now try to implement the other steps in my swing to see if it makes a difference. I also know I need to concentrate on transferring my weight forward in the downswing and on keeping my head down at impact. I keep standing up at impact regularly
I am still only six months into my golf journey but I am learning a lot.
I’ve struggled with hitting behind the ball until I started watching your videos. Didn’t trust my irons. Now I am starting to hit them the appropriate distance for the club with the divot after the ball. Thank you Alex!
