Skip Schumaker First Ejection as Miami Marlins Manager

During the 2nd game of a double header between the Miami Marlins and the Cleveland Guardians, the Marlins were upset with the strike zone. Particularly, Jazz Chisholm Jr. struckout on a low strike, the next inning the Schumaker would emerge from the dugout to argue balls and strikes inconsistencies and get tossed.

  1. Bottom line there are some umps that should never get to call a game from behind home plate. If you're strike zone is so demonstrably bad you should be relegated to 3B and rotate the other guys.

  2. MLB gives it’s officiating too much power. Comes from tradition but I swear these guys get too much enjoyment from throwing their arms in the air when ejecting someone.

  3. I can’t wait for robots as umps. Wonder who will program them to only give up and away or down and in strikes. How will it know players can’t guard the whole strike zone.

  4. How about we reach a deal on this one. If arguing balls and strikes is an automatic ejection, why not making missing calls have the same punishment? You keep fucking up and you get ejected for someone better.

  5. Swing the bat. That pitch was borderline at best. Not like it was a whole foot out of the strike zone. All of MLB is filled with little whiny bitches

  6. Can We Start a bail out fund to whom ever PUNCHES THE UMP…DEFENSE : SOME FAN JUMPED THE WALL, BECAUSE THATS DEFINITELY NOT AN UMP!
