  1. In reference to 8:05 when you mention Bruce Lee, Murray’s father is actually very into Kung Fu and has trained Jamal in it. There’s stories of Jamal practicing meditation in the freezing cold

  2. The fact that he hasn't been an all star is shocking. I would like to see all the Canadians actually play together for Team Canada to see how we really stack up against the world. A Murray/SGA backcourt sounds nice.

  3. You’re breakdown of why Jamal is a great movement shooter is why I long for the day we get a Jokic-Curry tandem

  4. Murray is ranked properly. He is way to incosistent to be ranked top 5 or even 10 guard in the ligue. But when he is focused he can be not just the best guard but top 5 player in the ligue

  5. This phenomenon really started in Game 2 of his first playoff series against the spurs. It's just continued from there

  6. That screen by MPJ for Murray then a fake dribble hand off by Jokic to Murray only for MPJ to cut to the basketball with an open lay up is so hard to do.

  7. We all know Jamal Murray is the No2 option for the nuggets and can be No1 if Jokic is in playmaker mode. But I wanna see a vid on how the role players have stepped up like Aaron Gordon and MPJ

  8. Jamal Murray is an excellent passer which doesn't get talked about enough.

  9. I just realized I bought your book years ago and forgot to read it lmao, these videos are great though keep it up

  10. Why do they act like the Chicken Nuggets win the finals year after year after year acting like if they have one ring more than Jordan. LOL.. SIT DOWN BE HUMBLE

  11. The Bruce Lee quote about water is SO accurate. Steph and Kyrie are the other two that come to mind.

  12. Congratulations! This channel has by far the best basketball analysis, and I can't wait for the next video.

  13. I don’t even watch basketball that much but really enjoy this guy analyses

  14. 10:47 “you do not want to be guarding this guy, when he starts talking to himself” 😂😂😂😂😂😂
    That was hilarious.
So true though, he’s such a competitor and when he speaks to himself and gets that angry fearless face…. No one in the league can guard him, he gets too hot🔥🔥🔥

  15. This video is making me think that the problem with the Celtics two stars isn’t redundancy, but neither of them being strong in passing. Both Murray and Jokic have excellent shooting and finishing, but their passing makes this “redundancy” an asset instead of a liability. Even take Klay and Steph for example, even though they’re both guards and defenses can switch everything with those two involved, Steph’s ability to find Klay when he’s open makes their overlapping skill sets even harder to guard in spite of their similar size. On the other hand, with Tatum and Brown, they can’t maximize each other’s strengths not because they share strengths, but because neither of them are strong facilitators. Imagine if it was Lebron with Brown instead. You could argue that they would have a lot of overlapping skill sets, but I’m sure Lebron would find a way to make Brown incredibly threatening even when he doesn’t have the ball.
