I love Ben.. I just didn’t like how Ben had to make it about him.. Kenny was the guest.. you don’t always have to say everything.. I could see if he was brought in to compete with Ben then it would be different. But Ben was retired and Ben being Ben it was all about him.. Deke is going to stick up for Ben no matter what he says or does.. I guess that’s the brain of the PRIMADONA athlete

Props to Ben to be a man and admit what he felt. It could not have been easy if he felt that he still had gas in the tank. Not sure why this is such a big to-do outside of us that have played sports beyond HS
I love what Omar kahn is doing getting rid of practice squad/depth you don't want to see on the field for strong depth pieces is exactly what the Dr ordered for sure.
NO other QB would have the balls or humility to say this to the other guy's face. There was clearly no ill will. It was just Ben's competitiveness.
If I was Ben I would be pissed they gave him literally the worst oline in team history his last years. That is something to be mad about. He puts his body on the line 18 years and then they do that, making a chance of him getting hurt bad even greater. If that was me, I would have had words for whoever took part in that.
Signing Marcus Golden would be an excellent move for the Steelers. Even if Golden doesn’t get the sack, he’s always around with pressure. Always good effort.
