Somehow ended up with Drury (went early) and sharp in these 2 weeks 😭
I was going to get weddle but then was so impressed by humphrey 117 and for some reason I had in my mind that I had to get Drury either that week or the week after so went early on Drury. I think I just wasn't that keen on weddle, whose role does appear to have changed a bit since his first 2 games, but also he's building every week. And I didn't trust Atkins js/role security and still am kinda unsure there. In my mind Drury was supposed to have the best job security of these 3, for someone who overthinks more than anyone I don't think I properly deeped Drury as a pick.
And then obviously had humphrey in my team all week and was actually planning to go budget this week and get de goey/Darcy Cameron, but then almost like I was possessed by a ghost I changed humphrey to sharp (fielded at m8) with 3 minutes to go, the logic being I could afford pretty much anyone serong or cheaper rather than being forced to go de goey/Cameron, the extra 90k made a huge difference to who I could afford this week (but nowhere near enough to have been remotely worth it unless sharp is an amazing pick).
Brought in Stewart and merrett the last 2 weeks but rookie disaster.
Feel like I've gone from in a pretty good position to way behind the 8 ball. I think the main miss is weddle humphrey is only about 31% owned and Atkins isn't that high owned either.
Genuinely been so upset about this, then on Sunday all these premos I don't own went well ie Sinclair Steele Sicily.

Edit: the reason I said possessed by a ghost is because it's pretty uncharacteristic of me to change trades within 15 minutes of any match, I don't usually panic and then self sabotage myself. Normally the only thing I change last minute is vc/c, which probably isn't a good thing either as last weekend I took it off merrett for bont right before dogs game. Still got 2498 and had slight rank gain but long term this hurts.

If your lower in leagues and need to get up the ladder, would it not be better to trade Clarrie to make sure I have a premo on field and trade Hollands for a 2nd premo, would that not be better than holding on to him and loosing points to my opposition?
