I think for next years bracket we need to take this outside to a real long drive range so we can see actual distances, the golf monitors are cool and all but not as accurate as real life is, or even if you can do it with the finalist that be cool too

Seems the match ups are wrong as any of the 4 drivers on the left beat any of the 4 drivers on the right.

I noticed in the earlier matchups his swing speed was almost in the 116-119 range and in this one he is around 122, 123 range so it doesn't really tell much except that the higher swing speed will generally go further. And for the masses that swing speed doesn't really help somebody under 100 mph swing speed (probably more than 95% of golfers) make a general choice.
You are swinging 6-8mph faster with all the big named brands. There is no way

I wish 330 yard bombs that are just off the fairway were not a penalty. But, 50 yards short and in the fairway should be. Maybe a strokes-gained method would work?

I like the sound/feel of the TSI better or the new Paradym. But they cost a lot.
Of course for less than $100 a guy could get a used Cleveland Classic XL or XLS monster and still hit the long ball for next to no money. Great sound. Moster is loud!
Seems most of us regular golfers dont need the latest model.
I still play Sim and or M2. Both i got used for ($100, $70) and for me aren't a lot shorter in distance compared to the latest offerings. Plently forgiving.
