Imagine how much more enjoyable your golf would be if I could send you out onto the course with the ability to hit longer, straighter drives, the chances are you would shoot lower scores too.

The driver is such an important club and if you can become a great driver of the golf ball the game can start to feel much easier.

Thats why I wanted to put this video together as I cover some of the most costly and common driver faults that i see holding golfers back all too often, the crazy thing is they are all quite easy to fix provided you know the best tips and drills.

Hitting the driver longer and straighter will be the result if you can ensure that you are not making any of these really common driver mistakes, the drills in this video will help you fix those if you are.

  1. Needed this right now. Been working on my irons lately in my practice and have been neglecting driver 😬

  2. "nervous" is an understatement, I recently went to a golf simulator with a friend that's a newer player who missed the shot so much so that the ball hit the shaft on impact, the shaft shattered and the driver head separated, then proceeded to hit a wall and cracked. Now I get PTSD when using this club. 😰

  3. I recently had a fitting for a Cobra Driver by a Cobra Rep, and he was trying to tell me to hit down on the ball… It was a waisted hour of my time.

  4. Chris I used to hit the driver very straight but lately I've been rolling my wrists and not happy, any ideas mate?

  5. A really good reminder of the things to concentrate on with the driver. Really helped in getting some distance back. Thanks Chris. Another great video.

  6. the thought of keeping my back to the target longer helps me with all my clubs…. it makes a big difference

  7. Mate , the feeling of keeping my back to the target as long as I can is pure gold . I think it gives me more time to shallow the club and produce more of a loosey goosey swing . Thank you
