LEARN The SIMPLE Technique That Worked For 100% Of GOLFERS

I recently hosted a golf coaching trip with a group of golfers to Spain and every single one of them needed to make some changes to how they moved their body in the golf swing.

Moving the body correctly directly influences the golf club, so move your body better and the club will begin to work better too.

In this video I share with you the 3 movements that every single golfer meeds in their swing, i would almost guarantee that every single one of you will need some changes in one of these areas.

Great golfers move their body well and this video will help you do that too. The golf swing can feel effortless, smooth, easy and repeatable with these correct moves.

  1. Goodman Chris, exactly what I’m currently tweaking in my swing. I’ve always had power and hit the ball straight, but I’ve tended to hit them high, as a result of not coming forward enough. A good problem once I resolve this, will be working out my club lengths when I start striking it better!! Cheers for your coaching videos mate, they are really helpful!👌

  2. Chris, I have always concentrated on turning the left shoulder at the start of the backswing. I take it you feel focusing on the right shoulder is a better thought?

  3. I have been topping almost every shot and I realized after watching your weight shift video it was because I wasn’t going lateral in the downswing. Saw improvements literally the next time I swung. Going to incorporate these tips as well. Thank you!

  4. Thanks Chris. For me, it’s the shift. I just can’t do it. It feels so alien and throws out my sequences with the rest of what I’m doing in my swing. Some shift drills would be greatly appreciated. I just can’t get it and it’s really holding my game back! Thanks.

  5. I always heard that if your trail foot has the heel off the ground at impact, you’re probably shifting the weight (or pressure) properly.
