Love the excitement in the Jets fan community. For ONCE we don’t have to lie to ourselves, but instead pinch ourselves. For the first time in YEARS the media is hyping us up instead of writing us off. I know we have a tough schedule but I don’t care, if we ain’t ready now when will we ever be? Gotta beat the best to the best! Like Rodgers said, time to become the dragon. LFG!!!!!

Seems like some fans are pumping the brakes on the offensive expectations. Not me. I see 30 ppg and I won’t be surprised to go full games without punting.

If the Bozos at Green Bay had fixed the special teams earlier (Amari)… would have made playoffs. Having an up and down defense there didn’t help either. Expect AR8 to flourish with Jets.

No one plays not to lose even against a team with an offense as putrid as the jets were last season, only a Adam Gase ran team would have that mindset. The jets were legitimately good last season, if the jets have some decline in terms of production it won't be that but I can be that teams have more tape to study on how to beat this defense, especially the latter part of the season when teams figured us out, but I believe the jets addressed some of those weaknesses, they got a little faster in the second level. Will mcdonald will be a huge factor. Now the jets need to pay Quiennen Williams and resign Kwon Alexander.
I think one thing you didn’t mention was health on the team both offense and defense I know it’s part of the game we need to be healthy all season plus the offense needs to click as a unit. I’m hoping that we can do it. Also congratulations on being on flight 23 video great job!
I'm with you Buddy. How can you not be excited for the Jets. 1st time since Namath that we have a true star playing the QB position.
But….I am not letting this lead to overconfidence. We have a very difficult schedule. AND….we are still playing in the very tough AFC East.
But….am very optimistic we will get our 1st win in a LONG time — against the NE Patriots. Yea……
Every time I see Aaron Rodgers talk about playing for the Jets, he looks so excited. If the youngsters step it up again this season it's going to be fun to watch!!

Ian, I'm with you. I love stopping the opposition especially when we're up just 3 points and the game is on the line. In my 60 yrs of life, I have never been this excited with my beloved Jets. Ian, I literally can't wait to the start of this season. We still need to sign Kwon and extend Quinnen before mini camp. Then, I would truly be happy. Gr8 take Bud.
When that ball is snapped, the rush for QBs is more intense than the rush for fans because we expect it now.
Many factors suggest 2023 will be better than 2022 – suspect the goal being to make it into the playoffs first, then prepare for a deep run. Rodgers still has his arm* and his legs so baring injury he will hold up his side of the deal…according to friends, Rodgers can throw a can of beer unbelievably far and accurate…from land to some one on the water…wish we had a video of the throw. * probably one reason he still has his arm is the fact he uses his entire upper body. BTW: like the NY city backdrop.

Lol the funny thing was last year was we had the worst QB play a bunch of special teams lapses and we never once had a game where all 3 phases of the team played well. Thus year with rodgers u no we will have more then a few of those games where we just dominate all game. With rodgers guys will be way more locked in
The Jets gave up a lot for a 39 year old quarterback. If the Jets do not make a Super Bowl appearance within the next 2 years, then this trade will be a huge bust.
Our defense is so stacked I would hate to be an opposing offensive coordinator who do you stop if you double up on the edge we're coming up the middle if you concentrate on The Middle we're coming on the outside and mind you we don't have to blitz so your receivers are covered I would hate to be an offensive coordinator the night before playing the Jets

As a Packers fan I hope Aaron does well for you. A little known fact, when the defense allows 20 points or less,Aaron Rodgers is 80 &10. I saw this on Good morning football and immediately thought of that fast, physical defense of yours. Even if they take a step back from the#4 defense to the 8 to 10 range, you still have reason for optimism.
"Rightfully so?"….doubt that dude….could have had derek carr….. as a free agent, without giving up picks…. now after this year we're rebuilding….AGAIN….its a waste if they don't win the super bowl…and honestly its KC's time…unless mahomes gets hurt…jets have one shot….so no this was a bad move that should not have been made….its the shiny object to distract you from what you really need, a younger qb who's already established and you can look at the numbers yourself…carr should pass marino this year in yards after playing for 4 different head coaches…the dude is basically drew brees…who has the most 4th quarter comebacks…Carr…dude is severely underrated…its frustrating to hear all the hype on the jets and not get any results…mark my words….jets will be good…but not what everyone thinks they will be…

Hey Ian. I think the infusion of veterans on the offensive side of the ball (rodgers, cobb) will calm the offense down and slow things down for Breece to shine… Rodgers wont need to be Rodgers with a juggernaught at RB… I predict a lot of throwing first downs less than 5 yards this season…
the defense is gonna be so much better, cause rodgers is gonna give them more rest than going 3 and out lol
For the Nathaniel Hackett take I think that situation was more so about Denver knowing/thinking they would get Sean Payton. We’ve seen plenty of times throughout history where if a team knows they can get an elite coach they will get rid of what they have because it’s a quote on quote upgrade. Russ has been taking a step back slowly but surely the last 3 seasons so I don’t put it all on Hackett. Some games Russ was just flat out awful. I believe Denver lost RB J. Williams for the season as well and had issues with the o-line but we shall see. I think Sean Peyton will protect him more by running the ball efficiently. Go Jets though!!!
