If Weezy is saying to us, the general public, to not judge Ja because we don’t know him well, fair enough.
But Ja is old enough to sign a contract and reap the rewards of his employment. Therefore he’s also old enough to take on the responsibilities of being such a publicized employee and face the consequences of his actions.
