In this episode, Henry and I will walk you through the steps to creating a more dynamic golf impact position where the hands cover your lead ankle. In our coaching, we often see students that throw angles out from the top depriving themselves of distance and compression. The ball tends to go very high and not very far. In these cases we see their hands falling well behind the lead ankle at impact, essentially causing them to hit off their trail leg. This can create contact issues, loft issues (dynamic loft too high), and low point problems. Let’s look at how we can get the ball going out instead. and if we dont unwind ebough, heel/shank strikes can result, right? i find this swing shank prone if my body is tight.
The online academy has helped me a lot. For years, i did all the things you should not do in a golf swing. The key is being patient and swing slow and gradually increasing speed and tempo. This definitely works.
