  1. Fantastic information right here! Quick question, Eric, I noticed that Brooks and John on the downswing, it looks like their knuckles are pointing down at the ground, is that something that I should focus on?

  2. Great info and explaining the side bend in the swing on the downswing. I believe this could be my issue in that I’m not using the side bend. Because I’m not side bending I can’t reach the ball at contact and then have to early extend to be able to reach the ball at contact.

  4. Great stuff – another way to explain the side bend. Tough part is the exit as the whole body tends to move forward instead of rotating and extending and keeping your balance. Thank you.

  7. I think a downrange view, looking back at the player, would clearly show this
    Move allows them to be “open” if not just before impact, clearly after impact. I’ve been try to identify how to get there, and this shoulder tilt shows me how to achieve this open at impact position.

  9. 9:16 great instruction, however there's the issue of dropping the shoulder and hitting fat shots, needs only a few to wreck a round, lower confidence leads to 'giving up'. I'm a believer but it's not as easy as you make it appear. I like that you spend more time on what to do rather than what not to do as so many coaches do.

  10. Excellent work here. Also, you won’t hit behind the ball because while your trail shoulder goes down more, your lead shoulder goes up more and will pull the hands through in the correct way, Thanks for this video! 👍
