Paul has decided he needs a new carry bag for winter. After gaming the Ping Moonlite bag that he reviewed 2 months ago, he wants a bag with a bit more functionality.
In this episode he reviews the Ping Craz-E-Lite carry bag which weighs in at only 3lbs, this is around half the weight of most carry bags! The bag has a 4 way divider, carbon fibre legs, plenty of pocket space and a little surprise…
But, will this be the bag of Paul’s dreams?

Just to fit your new PING irons in? 😉😉😉
I'm a big fan of ping bags. Had my series 4 for ages and it's never let me down. Another top review, Paul. Well done. I particularly liked the colourway on that bag. Really stands out from the crowd.
I had a hoofer a few years ago couldn't get on with it; grips kept jamming at the bottom due to the way the base deployed – is this still an issue?
I have the Mr Ping Moonlite bag which I find perfect, but that could be because I only carry 8 clubs. I can see there may be an issue if you wanted to carry more, and as you say using midsize grips wouldn’t help. I also have a Callaway Sac, it doesn’t come anywhere near the Ping bags. Nice review of the Craz-E-Lite.
Looks like the umbrella fastening is a loop at each end of the bag with no sleeve, is this so ? I like a sleeve where you can drop the brolly in on a wet day, it's a pain messing around with a string loop. Think manufacturers do this to save money on materials. This would put me off buying this bag. Good review though
Can you separate the straps?
In a previous comment I said that the umbrella stowage would put me off buying it, however ! I have caved in and bought the bag and I love it. Never say never and thanks again for the review
