  1. I miss the backyard live sessions from Cali with the circus trampoline neighbors in the back. Lol

  2. If they wouldn't allow a kid tournament use the name. There's no way they are going to let a YouTube event do it that will make money off it. Sad they made the junior event change. It's kids

  3. All well and good but you have to admit that Rick's attempt to pull off an international competition by saying, essentially.."I don't know when it is, I don't know what the format is going to be, but I've 'kind of' asked a few people and had no replies yet is amateur at best. I expected better of him

  4. Rick was just allowed to play Augusta National. Maybe he has a deal in the works with them. I would find it strange he would start using their name right after given that privilege. But…I don't see how allowing Rick to use their name would benefit them. Maybe UK laws are different? IDK.

  5. Surely Ryder Cup is also trademarked…unless it's a partnership with Ryder Cup to get some publicity.

  6. He can call it YouTube Masters – ever heard of British Masters?? European Masters?!? Augusta National only own the Masters Name in USA

  7. I know you’re riding the skirt tales of good good to try to get more viewers, but are you consulting or working for good good?? Good good is not the end all of golf YouTube unless your 14. Why doesn’t good good just come out and say that they want to compete against Rick Shields?

  8. Matt stick to your golf reviews and stop with the barnyard barking. I'm not sure your followers watch for Good Good updates.

  9. Sadly good good is decaying! By far was my favorite golf content creators of all times even after the split but I feel like the attitude is “we are to good to mingle of make amends and just move it n with more innovative and fresh content!! Still love all the guys just wish it didn’t feel like there is a splinter stuck every time I watch a new video! Now side note is this guy a hood hood supper fan or something. Been watching for the past week and that’s how it feels.

  10. who cares if GG is not going they are getting way to corporate for me with all the selling of products just want content.Dont want to buy a $300 putter

  11. Wow more drama, the YT golf explosion is in it's beginning stages and there will be more movement back and forth, chill out

  12. Mr.SnarkGame helping to push the narrative… I think Matt's gonna have to get some better spin on this one. Not a good look thus far.

  13. Rick was also talking about the British Masters coming up? It is more likely he will get a letter from them if he is hosting his tourny on Brith soil, not from Augusta

  14. I'm not sure if u guys knew this or not,but GG isn't gonna be going to the Rick sheils thing..just sayin

  15. 1 – Rick had only ever said that invites had been extended, nothing is confirmed with anyone yet. He also acknowledged it may not work with GG because of their schedule. So no shock there.
2 – Rick has also made clear YouTube Masters is a working title, and could well change.

  16. On the subject of using Rick using ‘masters’ in the name….. you are aware in golf, the British Masters has been played since 1946, right. I’m not so sure Augusta owns the freakin word! In fact many sports in the UK have ‘masters’ tournaments. To claim ownership of a often used word is extreme hubris.

  17. I have to start producing more content. I am plenty good enough to play in these youtube events. Time to start the grind on content

  18. This is what’s wrong with YouTube golf. You people can’t get on the same page for your subscribers and for the fans. Good good is only worried about good good and all the 🤑🤑🤑

  19. rick does have some superpowers he is maybe one of the few youtubers who've played Augusta maybe he asked when he did his masters videos and got permission from the masters commitee

  20. This should have been released by Rick before you put this out there…Tasteless and tacky on your part.

  21. Feels like Good Good are doing the dirty on Rick to me. Don’t go to his event and then steel some of his ideas for their own. Good Good are Bad Bad 😢

  22. Good Good: no Rick Shiels Masters, yes hosting Ryder Cup w/ content creators

Or you can spend 13 mins listening to Matt (who I rly like) saying both of those things 10x each as if he’s covering the moon landing

  23. Sorry, is this now owned by Good Good? All you do now Matt is report on GG, wear their clothes etc. I liked your old format better….

  24. Matt (Fisher), I love how you've become the mouthpiece for Good Good. If this is in fact some type of partnership I think it's very smart for both you and Matt (Kendrick). I've read a lot of the comments here and I am surprised by how some have been negative towards the business decisions being made here. Good Good is an apparel (and now golf accessory and club) company that advertises via youtube content. This is a very smart business model. They tend to have a younger target audience to which they can sell their brand. I can see how some are disappointed that they cannot meet Ricks schedule for this event. However in order to meet their advertising and sales needs they (Good Good) must deliver their content in a way and with a schedule that matches the timing of their "drops".

Here's my take … Rick was the one who pioneered youtube golf content creation. He paved the way for others like you (Matt Fisher) and Good Good to do things here no one ever dreamed of. Good Good has created a new way of selling golf related items through selling themselves in their golf content. Rick did not have this vision and has become the dinosaur, so to speak. In paving this new road there will be decisions made that seem like they are slighting the pioneers when in fact they are just leaving those behind that simply cannot keep pace. At the end of the day .. this is just business as usual with no malcontent towards anyone. For me, personally, I don't care for their apparel. However, after watching their progress with the Callaway clubs I went out and got fitted for the Mavrik driver and the Paradym HL 3 wood … and would do it all over again. Something I would not have done w/o seeing how well they perform for the good Good guys.

  25. umm…so what…have you become a shill for them??? I'd rather you talk about the PGA or other youtube golf things…

  26. You‘re turning more and more into a drama and gossip queen just to be allowed around these Good Good blokes!
