“Our third period was our best period of the game,” Montgomery said postgame. “I thought our first five, six minutes were good. After we scored that power-play goal, maybe we had two, three shifts after that, then we kind of had a lull in our game.”

Berti has impressed me so much since being traded to the B's. Berti, Pasta and Ziggy Zachaaaaa make such a great line, it's like they have been playing together for years. A huge tip of the cap go out to Coyle and Frederic. Those guys worked so hard all season and last night was no exception. It was great seeing Monty's reactions on the bench each time they scored.. They won, but they need to pick up their play. They weren't sharp. It looked like their stick blades were greased… no sustained control or good tape-to-tape passing.

Am i the only one who feels like Orlov can split time between defenseman and winger? Man is straight up special and w the puck in his possession and very rarely makes the wrong move. He set up marchys goal after a nice deke and then pass in our own zone.
