What if the ‘rules’ we hold ourselves to are unrealistic? I am given insights from pretty much everywhere – including, my golf game and here’s what I related to as I discovered that some ‘rules’ are general guidelines and holding ourselves to them with a rigid expectation of perfection is unrealistic.
