All side bend is, is another rotation and as I’m sure most of us are aware, we wouldn’t get very far in our golf swing without rotation! Try these drills out for yourself and see if the movements you’re making are recognisable and if they’re in any way relatable to your golf swing.
If they’re not, then it’s likely that you’re missing these movements in your swing.
