  1. Keith Jackson and Jim Nantz are on the Mount Rushmore 🎧🎙️🗣️

  2. The wrong guy is leaving. Please get rid of the old fart Bill Raftery. His schtick is dated, and he sounds like he's having a BM when he delivers it. "Nickel-dimer, get those puppies organized, the kids, looming large". WTF? And now, announcers all over the country are borrowing his BS. Also, take Grant Hill with you "Raf". You've messed him up!

  3. And he always did it so fairly! I don’t know that he ever announced a game, when you knew what team he supported!

  4. He always went to the Masters from the NCAA finals. Hope he’ll still do that! ⛳️⛳️⛳️

  5. You did well Mr. Nantz! We will not forget your 30+ years giving of your thoughts from the head and from the heart! Mark. St. Francis, WI

  6. Nantz is terrible. Doesn't know much (other than golf) about the sports that he covers . Yes he knows a couple of the stars and their stories but never seemed to understand strategy or nuance. The NCAA Mens' basketball coverage took a huge step downward when CBS got the contract from NBC. NBC's coverage was so much better. So the positive of this year's final 4, no more Nantz!

  7. Worst Announcer Ever next To Johnny Miller . It’s About A Tie . Horrible For The Game’s Of Sports. Because He Dose Not Know Anything About Them .

  8. I'm glad that he's leaving, since he knew and cared almost nothing about college hoops, which he seems to think starts in February. Now he will have more time to follow the moves of Aaron Rodgers or other NFL star quarterbacks. Perhaps CBS will find a Basketball Guy to replace Nantz …

  9. I really think Jim should run for president of the United States. He is very intelligent, well educated, credible and trust worthy. He outshines anyone in the current arena and would bring intelligence and integrity to the Oval Office. Something that has been missing for a very long time.

  10. How do y’all think Jim would have done if he did CBS’s NASCAR broadasts? He was with CBS when they had NASCAR rights. If he could have done with a NASCAR TV broadcast, what role could he have played?

  11. You know you are humble when you hear such great things said about about and have a hard time keeping it together. Too many times we don’t appreciate what we have until it’s gone and the memories stay with you.

Thanks Jim. You are truly all our friend.

  12. At first, I thought this was an episode of Arrested Development. I was waiting for the punchline. Congratulations Jim. You will not be forgotten.

  13. Thank You Jim!!! Thank you for being part of our lives, you are the reason we LOVE college basketball!!!

  14. One of the class acts in the broadcasting business. Gonna be missed. I’m glad Raf finally got to do several final fours with Jim. Always thought that team would be great.

  15. Is Jim Nantz in the Hall of Fame? If not why not? I remember Jim McKay telling the world about what was going on in Munich in 1972. I remember Cosell breaking the news of John Lennon's death before there was 24 hour news. Those two men did their profession well on those tragic nights, but while Jim never had to cover anything quite that dramatic, he covered so many dramatic events in the world of college basketball. He NEEDS to be in the Hall of Fame.

  16. So glad that Jim Nantz final college basketball game on CBS was called with UCONN winning the title. The team with the most titles in our generation gives the perfect send off to a legendary commentary. How fitting. #BleedBlue

  17. You’ll be missed Jim Nantz!!! My favorite memory of you is when you were there to present the Green Jacket to your good friend Fred Couples at the 1992 Masters!!!

  18. He has been good for college basketball – – I’m glad that he is going to continue to do the masters

  19. Jim Nantz is one of the best ever to do play-by-play. In only wish he stuck with college football instead of the NFL. Nevertheless, I will miss him calling the Final Four. Glad we will have him with NFL for a few more years.
