  1. You can not get rid of 145 of history because Kerry and Dublin are particularly good at the moment. It is very arrogant to make such a decision for all future generations. Focus could be on levelling the financial and expertise playing field.

  2. Either pre-arrange the draws so that the lowest ranked teams play each other in the first rounds, or ban division 4 teams from taking part altogether and make provincial qualification another incentive for promotion

  3. Back in the day when the were no cards it was a better game now they are gone soft referee has to much to do

  4. Good man Ger.. The truth hurts. How former Dublin players can defend this complete unfair advantage shows how weak they are. It certainly isn't a level playing field but to try defend it… It not only the home advantage that the dubs have, the giant playing numbers, and the large proportion of the money plus the big referee decisions… Look at the cost to all the other counties supporters also have to bear to get there. Travel, food, accommodation in Dublin for neutral venues, group games, quarters, semi's and potentially a final. The hierarchy of the Gaa, are spineless grabbers. It shocking corrupt and it's no wonder the youth are looking at rugby more and more. Dublins six in a row is completely tarnished as they basically bought them playing all there games at home. Same as man city/utd and Chelsea buying titles in soccer. Imagine man utd or similar playing all there games in the Premier league at home or how the hurling counties would react if for example the likes of killkenny played all their games in nowlan park for championship including semi finals and final. We all understand that croke park 80+ thousand seater stadium and is located in Dublin but surely don't give them the "neutral venue games as well as everything else…. Thurles is the real home of the gaa. Get the dubs out and their supporters. Cork gaa broke to the ropes over the refurbishment of pairc ui Chaoimh. Needs to be far better balanced and the gaa is built at grassroots from volunteers goodwill. The gaa should try as often as possible get Dublin (as they will have semi and final at home) out to other grounds and help the local economy. GRAB All Joe.

  5. The ulster football championship is like the munster hurling championship. Competitive and exciting. The other 6 either no longer exist or are beyond broken. (Maybe Connacht football is ok)

  6. Funny how it's nous or experience for everybody else but if it's an Ulster team it's dirty and cynical
