2 leagues of 16, rest of clubs who don’t meet either financial requirements or stadium requirements such as plastic pitches need to get them fixed before entering set up. Other clubs go part time. Revamp player contracts throughout whole country, if you sign a senior contract you can’t play junior football until your contract expires, this needs changed.
Clubs not within the two leagues will get promotion or relegation same as English football, also clubs that don’t make top 32 will be set up as feeder clubs to top leagues and can be used to loan young players in for senior experience. Change voting system to majority rules instead of the current nonsense they’ve got where one club can stop things from moving.
