EASY way to TRANSFORM your BACKSWING #golftips #golf #golfswing #backswing

A common problem that I see Golfers, having is rolling the forearms too quickly in the back swing causing the club head to move behind the body. I was coaching at Scratch Golfer this week who has been using lots of training aids to improve his back swing which weren’t really working. He was concentrating on what he wanted, his hands and forearms to do in the back swing instead of what he wanted the club head to do. We worked on this for about 20 minutes making well over 30 to 40 practice swings, and for the first time in a long time he was able to move the club where he wanted it to go rather than what was happening naturally for him. This made a massive difference to his ball, striking distance and accuracy, just by being aware of the club head instead of his hands and arms.
