umpires need to be held accountable for these types of garbage calls, getting their egos hurt and throwing people out of the game when they make a bad call and can't walk it back when people put the pressure on them. I'm talking about the ball / strike missed calls, if someone intentionally throws at a hitter both them and the person who told them to throw at the hitter deserve to be ejected. I'd even go as far as to say the old person who told the young pitcher to throw at a batter should be put on suspension. using their position to influence the outcome of games and player health.
