I MISS CESARO. IN WWE. IF WWE DIDNT FIRE HIM. AND BOOKED HIM PROPERLY. HE COULD HAVE A SIMILAR CAREER TO SHEAMUS. HOLDING WWE TITLE TWICE AND COUNTING. 1 WORLD TITLE BIG GOLD. IF CESARO WAS AROUND TODAY. HE SHOULD BE NEW MODERN DAY BIG WORLD CHAMPION.
If they do not make Gunther the most important man in the company right after his reign, They are completely out of their minds.

This match is pretty much perfect. The presentation, the passion, the fight, the crowd, everything. This will always be the defining match of Gunther's intercontinental title run IMO
It should not have taken this match for people to recognize Sheamus as a great wrestler, but it's wonderful that he had it.
This Match is a classic old school professional wrestling match…one on one ..no BS outside interference..no controversial finish just two tremendous athletes battling for the prize!!
More than anything else, this makes me look forward to AEW at Wembley.
This EPIC Intercontinental match between Gunther and Sheamus was not only one of the greatest matches of 2022 in WWE, but also in pro-wrestling. Everything went 'downhill' for Sheamus for the remainder of the match after being scoop-slammed unto the steel steps, yet he continued to fight on like the 'warrior' that he is.

My favorite match of last year. This brought prestige back in the IC Championship. I hope GUNTHER will become the longest reigning champion as he deserves it. Sheamus also deserves to become Grand Slam Champion down the road.
It’s been a while since someone’s been able to make a basic lariat a convincing finisher, but Gunther’s is a beauty.
