About all else the Bears need to see what they have in JF. If he’s the guy, they have 2 1st rounders to draft edge rushers next year and can draft a future center

Braxton Jones along with getting stronger also needs to work on his footwork and balance
Footwork and balance are the MOST important factors for an offensive lineman .
I doubt Roseman believed the Bears were going to take Carter. He's pretty savvy. My guess is Roseman didn't want anyone dangling a pick to move up at the last second. Cheap insurance. Good interview.
I wish there was more footage for Dexter and Pickens than Kentucky, They had a very depleted offensive line. Pickens had a rough go against Clemson's right guard in 2021. Maybe he showed improvement in 2022. Regardless, the Bears will need to sign a FA defensive end.
