The difference between where Cousins is now, which just above the Andy Dalton line, and where he could be will solely be up to whether or not he can learn how to improvise and extend plays. He should be better than Drew Brees if he were effective improvising and extending plays.

Cousins is Ron Burgandy!!! He will read ANYTHING on the teleprompter. He will execute the play to a fault.
Kirk doesn't extend those plays in the playoffs, though. He folds in the big moments. He has made a ton of money losing.
If kirk didnt make spineless throws and could actually be mobile while making good decisions he could of been top 10.
Kirk is a very good QB, but doesn't come thru in those special moments. That 4th and 8th is unforgivable when he throws 4 yards in the biggest game of the year!!

Chris Simm is such an idiot. All he thinks about is bashing Kirk Cousins – it's so obvious that he is green with envy. Career NFL TDs: Simms – 12, Cousins – 252. Only 5 active QBs have 25+ TDs each season over the last 8 years – Cousins is one of them.
