I'd love to spend a few hours with this guy. I'm only a 50 – 55% up and down and I really need to improve that. But he is very right about getting open and holding the club full length. You have to get that left hip out of the way to chip and pitch properly. It's an upper body shot and you just have to get the lower body out of the way.

i just went out and tried this and it worked really well.
i usually suck at those types of pitch shots.
a little further out i just widened my stance a little and kind of took a fuller swing
